ArtsFirst is a public-private partnership where FNBP joined with the Pasco County School District to help fund one its most underfunded programs–fine arts. ArtsFirst encourages teachers to submit grants and an impartial panel of judges at FNBP determined what funding would have the most impact on the highest number of students.
